The Troutdale Arts Festival's mission is to connect, support, and present the thriving community of artists, studios, workshops, and galleries in our region; and to further awareness of the West Columbia Gorge as a Fine Art destination.
The Summer Arts Festival began as a creative liaison between the public and local artisans, showcasing exceptionally crafted artwork alongside the people who make it.
